1. Induction Course

Our solutions are sold as a system. The system comprises of a starter pack of our four graffiti removal solutions along with the necessary P.P.E. and basic hardware. Included is an induction course. This covers a brief overview of graffiti, explodes the myth that graffiti can only be removed using either harsh chemicals or high pressure water, and provides users with an understanding as to why our unique graffiti removal solutions work so well. Needless to say time is also spent covering health and safety.

The induction course is a mixture of “classroom” and practical hands on graffiti removal training, carried out at a venue to suit you.

2. National Open College Network qualification

This is based around our day long initial induction course. It is a formal certificated qualification recognised by the NOCN. Successful candidates will receive a Level 1 NOCN qualification, equivalent to an NVQ level 1. This qualification is entitled “Removal of Graffiti from all Substrates”

Assessment takes place throughout the day and is a mixture of simple multiple choice questions, verbal questions and responses, and photographic evidence. The course is aimed at candidates with a basic understanding of graffiti removal using the Graffiti Removal Ltd removal solutions. This basic level of understanding will normally be achieved during the one day initial induction course. The course is for up to 5 learners.

The qualification is also geared to cater for individuals that may find reading and writing a challenge. It is also an entry level qualification for first line supervisors. It covers Health and Safety, the background to the removal process, provides a methodology for dealing with all graffiti as well as a practical experience in the field in using the solutions.

Cost of course bolted on to an initial induction course - 500 + VAT
Cost of course run as a separate course or refresher - 750 + VAT

3. Train the trainer

This course resulted from the need within larger councils to be able to on-train the system, thereby meeting the needs of staff turn over.

It is an expanded version of the induction course which enables candidates to take sufficient notes to be able to run a training course of their own. It is aimed at candidates with at least 6 months experience of physical graffiti removal using the Graffiti Removal Ltd system; it also includes a brief overview of presentation skills, along with the supporting paperwork required to run a course;
